In today's round-up, we cover new capabilities for providing, restricting, and revoking access to documentation, new compliance items, and more.
Now, SafeBase can automatically revoke Trust Center access when an account is no longer an active customer. That means no more manually revoking access when an account churns!
This feature is available to Enterprise customers that leverage SafeBase's Salesforce integration. To configure an auto-revoke access rule, reach out to your CSM.
We have made it even easier to control everything your prospects and customers see when they visit your Trust Center. You can now further restrict what is visible in “public” view (in other words, what anyone sees who navigates to your Trust Center) or in “restricted” view (what people see after they have been granted access to your Trust Center).
There are now 3 unique Public Access Levels that can be universally applied to your Trust Center items:
To globalize the access behavior, navigate to the Trust Center Settings by clicking the gear icon (⛭) in the top right of the Trust Center Editor page. Click the Functionality tab and scroll down to see the settings on the bottom left, then click Save. See more in the help center article.
